Outrun the traffic, slide the corners, and keep going right out across the water.

Lift off the street and go. Hit the super thrust and the skyline is a few seconds wide.
Gunner
Rifle, shotgun, pistol and sniper, in first or third person, with cover to fight from.
Fire
Come down from the sky with a slam the whole block feels.
Electric
Throw bolts through anyone in reach, on the street or under the sea.

Nothing here is scenery. If you can see it, you can probably climb it, drive it, or break it.
